About

How to start?

Remove / break all the non tamper stickers from the Biorhythm Urn. Separate the lid from the Grow Module. Separate the Grow Module from the Ash Urn. You will now have 3 separated parts.

  1. Lid
  2. Grow Module
  3. Ash Urn
Preparing the Coco Substrate
  • Add 150 ml of water onto the coco substrate located inside the Grow Module.
  • Wait for about 10 minutes for all the water to be absorbed into the coco substrate.
  • Find the wooden stirrer located in the ash urn.
  • Mix / break up the coco substrate to a soil consistency.
  • Add more water (no more than 50ml at a time) only if necessary to get a smooth, soil like consistency.
  • Remove any excess substrate (if any) and level out.
Note: Do not add too much water. More water will be added after planting your seed.

The coco substrate is only used in the germination process. You have to bury the urn as soon as your seedling is strong enough. Coco substrate does not contain the nutrients required for further growth.

Planting Seeds
  • Select the seed that you would like to plant (located in the Ash Urn) or plant your own seed if preferred.
  • Follow seed preparation instructions if using an included seed. If you purchase a different seed, follow those growing instructions.
  • Make a small, shallow hole in the coco substrate using your index finger.
  • Place your seed in the  hole that you have just made.
Note: Do not make the hole too deep. The seed must just be covered by the substrate.
  • Cover the seed with coco substrate.
  • Water your seed with and extra 50 ml of water.
  • Watering will be dependent on evaporation.
  • Coco substrate retains moisture well, so be careful not to over water your seed. Colder, wet conditions may result in very little watering requirements.
Bypass seed growth: You can purchase a seedling directly from a nursery if immediate use is required. This will ensure that no waiting time will be required. You won’t have to wait for the seed to germinate before burial.
Does your seedling have it's second set of leaves? Do not plant your urn before these leaves are visible!

Preparing Ashes
  • Remove the Calico Bag from the ash urn.
  • Open the draw string and wrap it around the urn base (See Image to the right).
  • Carefully transfer the ashes into the Calico Bag.
  • Do not over fill the bag.
  • Tighten the draw string and centre the Calico Bag in the Urn.
  • Place the temporary cork lid on top of the ashes until ready for burial.
Note: Once the seedling is ready, reassemble the Ash Urn into one complete unit. Bury the entire unit in the desired location:
  • Garden
  • Special Memorial Locations
  • Big Flower Pot
  • Country side / Forest

Please ensure that you have necessary permissions before burial.
